• Enhance the company's digital presence and marketing strategies.
• Head the launch of the company TikTok.
• Actively review, assess, track, and communicate social performance metrics. Provide guidance based off these metrics as well as Sprout social listening tools.
• Manage and run all company social channels (FB, IG, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), schedule all social media content, manage design requests, reply to all messages and comments on all channels.
• Manage and run the employee advocacy (NH Now), head the migration over to a new employee advocacy platform.
• Collect content, film, cut, edit, and create reels/ graphics.
• Brainstorm new content, spot trends, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the company's digital marketing efforts.
